Did PrinterLogic get acquired?

No, our company name changed to Vasion in January 2021. We launched our Vasion Automate platform in early 2024, adding additional automation and AI features for our customers. Updating the name of PrinterLogic to be officially Vasion Print is just the next evolution of our product journey.

Does the product name change affect my contract?

Nothing about the change of the product name from PrinterLogic to Vasion Print will affect existing contracts. When it’s time to renew, you’ll simply see Vasion Print on the updated contract.

I don’t see anything new when I log in; how can I get access to the new features of Vasion Print?

If you haven’t seen an Opt-In prompt in your account, reach out to our Support Team, your Customer Success Manager, or your Channel Account Manager, and we’ll help you access all these new features. If you have opted in, we’re currently working to update your account so you can start automating.
